New Rendering from our Ranch series of pre-designed timber frame homes. Single-floor living is becoming more and more attractive as we age and our lifestyle demands faster accessibility. The typical ranchburger, however, hardly inspires enthusiasm. Enter the Ranch Series of timber frame home designs. Since there is no second floor, the entire home is cathedral ceiling with massive beams and rafters overhead supported by posts that help define the space. Add a lower level for additional living area and we can design a post and beam floor plan for that area as well! Call 800.227.4311 for more information and to get started. The total square footage of PineHill is 1960 square feet (not including optional basement).
